Transaction Information
On February 8, 2012 Berkey's investors, Alpine Investors and Skylight Capital recapitalized Abacus Plumbing in a private transaction. The terms were not disclosed. Roy Graham and Eduardo Berdegue of CFA advised in the transaction.
