Keeping It Kleen Launches Infographic That Focuses on Restaurant Safety and Social Media

CONKLIN, NY, March 13, 2012 (Press-News.org) Customers are basing their dining decisions more and more on the cleanliness and reputation of the restaurant. Food safety and sanitation are more important than ever, especially since we have seen an increase in foodborne illness over the last two years. Keeping It Kleen, a national leader in food safety and sanitation recognized this trend and created an infographic to help launch their food safety training program for restaurants.

The infographic, titled Restaurants: The Power of Those who Dine and Whine, is an affective mix of restaurant safety and marketing - then and now. It explores how health inspections have significantly decreased over the years, what that letter in the window really means, and how crucial use of social media is today in the food industry. The restaurateur will learn a lot about review sites, mobile marketing, as well as how to treat the modern-day food critic.
