NEW YORK, NY, March 13, 2012 (Press-News.org) This week The Simple Truth Project marks its second quarter of growth by expanding into new space in New York City's lively Meatpacking District. Formerly in the Flatiron neighborhood, its new space is part office, part studio and part oasis - a hub for personal and professional transformation.
The Simple Truth Project is the brainchild of author and innovator Jeff Cannon. His latest book The Simple Truth, Meditation for the Modern World was released in November of 2011 and has garnered growing following among consumers, professionals and business owners. As a company, The Simple Truth is expanding its offering with a workshop series, a rapidly expanding client list, and a growing following among people seeking to realize greater balance between work and life, happiness and success, and calm and growth.
As the project's senior instructor, Jeff works directly with business leaders to bring their core values to life through an authentic business culture. He also works with individuals, helping them through a process of discovery and actualization designed to remove the outside influences and distractions to create a path of empowerment for greater accomplishment and happiness based on their own Simple Truths.
"Our job is to help people and businesses rediscover those things that are truly important to them based on their own Simple Truths," says Jeff Cannon. "We help them define a path that will bring both success and happiness. For companies that have gotten off track, this means helping them redefine their culture and their brand in a way that supports their vision for their business and their people."
The Simple Truth incorporates traditional meditation techniques to reduce stress and minimize outside distractions. It also leverages several proprietary methods called Living with CaRE and Simple Choices to help people and businesses transform themselves in a positive way.
"There is no mystery to what we do. We have simply combined the latest findings from the scientific community with some proven meditation practices in new ways that give our people the strength, stability and clarity they need to find that elusive balance we all want; balance that includes work and play, happiness and success, and relationships and personal growth that work for the modern world.
For additional information or an interview with Jeff Cannon, please call Denise Aguilar at (212) 993-6464, or email Daguilar@jeff-cannon.com.
The Simple Truth Project is about personal evolution and professional transformation. Founded by Jeff Cannon, TSTP utilizes meditation and mindfulness to help people bring balance and a higher purpose into their lives in order to create the life they love.
