SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA, March 13, 2012 (Press-News.org) Pop fans will be flocking to Seoul on April 27th when Lady Gaga, one of the world's biggest stars, performs in the Korean capital as part of the Born This Way Ball tour.

The flamboyant singer is set to stun audiences with what has been billed as an "electro-metal pop-opera" performance, telling the story of the rise and fall of Lady Gaga's Kingdom of Fame.

Taking place at the Jamsil Sports Complex Stadium, the show will get underway at 20:00 local time, with tickets priced between 55,000 and 125,000 won (GBP31.40 and GBP71.40).

Passes for the show are likely to be a hot commodity, as the Born This Way Ball has proven so popular that the 11 dates originally planned for Australia and Asia have been expanded to 25.

The fervour is testament to the huge impact Lady Gaga has had on the world of pop since 2008, with her latest album Born This Way selling more than six million copies to date.

She is also likely to cause a stir with her outlandish behavior, as her last visit to Korea saw her donning a frog outfit, bubble dress and whole-body fishnet stocking at various points.
