Espressogrow names Eric Rosenkranz as Chairman

Eco-friendly fertilizer start-up, Espressogrow, has announced today the appointment of Eric Rosenkranz as its company Chairman. Rosenkranz's appointment aims to deliver the governance structure and leadership for the high-potential start-up.

GRIFFITH, AUSTRALIA, March 14, 2012

Eric Rosenkranz is Founder and Chairman of e.three, a strategic advisory firm helping organizations in Asia determine and execute their long term plans.

For over 30 years, Eric's work spanned the globe as he crafted the strategic direction of multinational companies such as Procter & Gamble, Mars, Wrigley, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Danone, 3M, Oracle and Unisys.

As Vice-Chairman of FocusMedia China he led the company to its successful 2005 NASDAQ listing, at one time valued at more than $7.5 billion. As Chairman of the Australian company Outdoor Solutions Group he engineered a trade sale to News Corp.

In announcing his new role as Chairman of Espressogrow, Eric stated, "ideas come and go, but an idea only becomes 'great' when the idea becomes a commercial and profitable reality".

Eric went onto state, "Espressogrow is showing, even at this early stage of its development, that the business is more than just a clever idea. The company is run by a highly focused and passionate management team, who has developed a sophisticated business model, based on commercial fundamentals. Espressogrow fertilizer will resonate with consumers who demand environmentally sensitive products...products that are great for the environment and outperform synthetic alternatives, but also don't cost the earth! This product and this business will compete internationally. Whilst the worlds consumption of nitrogen continues to outstrip supply by millions and millions of tonnes, the potential of this business can not be underestimated".

Eric currently serves as Chairman of Caelan Wright & Associates (Singapore) Call Center, Independent Director of Focus Media (HK and Singapore), and Director of Kingdom Breweries, a micro-brewery in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Eric is a member of the Expert Advisory Network of Frontier Strategy Group (US), and serves as an Advisor to West Indochina Consulting (Thailand) and OpenEye, a Corporate Social Responsibility website in the US. He is a Chairman of the Advisory Board of Memshot, a social networking photography portal.

At advertising and media giant Grey Global Group, Eric was CEO Asia Pacific and Latin America, and Executive Vice-President Europe, Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe. Eric managed Grey's marketing services companies and was responsible for preparing and executing long term strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, opening divisions offering new strategic capabilities, implementing changes in business culture and redesigning organizational structure.

Rosenkranz is a guest presented on CNBC's, Asia Squawk Box and writes a column on strategy that appears in "The Nation", Bangkok's independent English language daily newspaper.

Based in the financial hub of Singapore, Eric will begin work as Chairman of Espressogrow immediately. His initial focus will be on the finalisation of the companies' capital raising activities.

About Espressogrow :is a privately held fertilizer manufacturer that produces an eco-friendly fertilizer produced from coffee ground waste. The company first established in Australia in 2011, partners with coffee retailers by extracting there waste and then, through their proprietary processes, manufacturing it into an eco-friendly fertilizer.
