Thoms presented "The Seven Steps of Fiscal Fitness." This presentation provided franchise owners the opportunity to learn about budgeting and business planning, understanding integrated financial statements, creating a useful accounting system and accounting functions.
Welbes informed Culver's franchisee owners about how businesses can benefit from federal and state employment tax credits. He provided information about the requirements for various tax credits and the process for obtaining credits.
