LEWIS CENTER, OH, March 15, 2012 (Press-News.org) This year, Minds On, Inc. will celebrate 10 years in business. In recognition of this milestone, the company has decided to come together for the remaining 10 months of the year and select a new charitable organization with which to partner monthly. The 10 months of giving will kick off with a partnership with People In Need, Inc. of Delaware County, Ohio (PIN) for the 2012 Food Pantry "CAN"paign.
The Food Pantry's "CAN"paign will launch on March 19 and run through May 18. Minds On employees will collect the needed food items for the pantry and help to promote the campaign through various avenues.
"When we founded Minds On, we wanted to establish a culture of giving back to our community, and what better way to celebrate this milestone anniversary than partnering with area organizations," said Tom Augustine, President and Co-Founder of Minds On. PIN's annual Food Pantry event is a great way to get involved on a local level. The "CAN"paign helps the community by replenishing PIN's canned good supply and helps provide meals to needy families in Delaware County. I am very proud of our team for selecting PIN as the kick-off organization for this initiative."
"We're excited to have Minds On participate in our annual Food Pantry "CAN"paign," said Randy Bournique, Development Director at People In Need, Inc. "There is no discrimination when it comes to hunger, and we encourage other businesses in Delaware County to join Minds On and make a difference for those in need."
For more information on how your company or employees can help PIN, please contact Randy Bournique at (740) 363-6284 x 100 or via e-mail at rbournique@delawarepeopleinneed.org.
