The Vision Express engraver provides a 6" x 8" engraving area, and has a small footprint of only 17.5" x 17.5". The Express is an affordable, entry level engraving machine, ideal for engraving medallions, gifts, jewelry, and many other items made from metal, acrylic, brass, wood, or plastic. The easy to use Vision Express engraver comes complete with an advanced integrated controller to provide high quality engraving at fast engraving speeds. The Express includes an aluminum T-slot table and edge guides to easily align material on the machine. It is designed and manufactured in the USA using high quality square linear bearings and lead screws on all three axis.
The Express engraver comes standard with the Vision Express Engraving Software, a new software package from Vision Engraving & Routing Systems. This software package offers a wide range of advanced features, including alignment tools, one click bitmap vectorization, automatic conversion of true type fonts to single line fonts, brand new startup screen for quick access to previously opened jobs, new plate object feature allows plates of different sizes to be added to material to optimize material usage , text and graphics editing tools, and over 1,100 fonts.
The Vision Express software is compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit) and the machine connects to the PC through an Ethernet network connection.
