BROOKFIELD, WI, March 22, 2012 (Press-News.org) Dr. Paul Culver, Brookfield dentist, is connecting with his patients in a new way with the introduction of the practice's new Facebook page. The page is designed to reach out to patients and allow for more interaction between the practice and its patients.
"We are excited to step into the world of social media with our new Facebook page. We have always valued interaction with our patients and this will provide a new forum to accomplish this. We invite all of our patients to "like" our Facebook page and start interacting with it today!" said Dr. Culver, Brookfield cosmetic dentist.
The new Facebook page has a large amount of information about the practice including its location, hours and contact information. Once a patient likes the page, they will automatically receive updates from the page detailing any new promotions or information the practice would like to share.
People who like the page will be able to post questions or topics of discussion to the wall, where other patients or staff at the office will be able to provide answers. From time to time, patients or staff also will post interesting articles related to dentistry topics such as Brookfield dental implants.
The new Facebook page coincides with the launch of the Brookfield dentist's new website. The comprehensive website gives patients a wealth of information while also making it easy to schedule appointments and become a new patient. To schedule an appointment, patients simply have to provide the date and time they want to request and a scheduling coordinator will follow up with a confirmation. For new patients, there are easy turn-by-turn directions to the practice and first-appointment forms that can be printed out and filled out before coming in to save time.
Dr. Culver and his staff pride themselves on providing the best service possible to their patients. One major way they do this is by being encouraging open communication with all of their patients. By introducing their new website and Facebook page, Dr. Culver's practice is again showing their dedication to maintaining communication with all of their patients.
