LOS ANGELES, CA, March 29, 2012 (Press-News.org) Pardee Homes' Inland Empire Division received the highest ranking score in the February Eliant Report move-in assessment for Key Measures and Installation & Workmanship as rated by homebuyers and overall high score making it the number one home builder. This nationwide report provides specialized consumer research services for homebuilders across the country by surveying buyers and was based on the survey for homes closed from August 2011 through January 2012.
A total of 65 divisions qualified for a ranking in the Home Occupancy Experience category, with 88 divisions submitting surveys. This category polls home buyers in the overall experience including walk-through, readiness of the home and customer service. Pardee's Inland Empire Division excelled in the Key Measures category and Installation and Workmanship category, which combined with high scores in the Purchase, Personalization, Construction, Home Occupancy and Finance experiences, resulted in the Division receiving the number one ranking overall.
"Receiving high marks on the Eliant customer experience survey is a validation of the builder's success," said Robert Mirman, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Eliant, a 'customer experience management' company that has been surveying buyers of new homes for 28 years. "No one understands more about a home's quality or the customer service experience better than the people living in the new home. By placing first in the most recent survey, Pardee Homes clearly demonstrates commitment to its homebuyers."
Among the notable survey results, Todd Gibbons, Pardee Homes' Customer Service Representative, received a perfect score of 100% satisfaction and two other Pardee Customer Service Representatives received nearly perfect scores of 95-97% satisfaction rates. All six of Pardee's Inland Empire Sales Representatives were ranked extremely high with 97.8 to 100% satisfaction scores.
This notable achievement comes on the heels of Pardee Homes' recent 2012 Eliant Homebuyers' Choice Award for Extraordinary Customer Satisfaction. The company was recognized as one of America's best homebuilders in January at the 2012 Eliant Homebuyers' Choice Awards with 13 awards for customer satisfaction by its California divisions in San Diego, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire, and by its Las Vegas division.
"In any business, delighted customers are those whose experience with their purchase and ownership is simply outstanding," said Mike McGee, President and CEO of Pardee Homes. "Our employees are dedicated to buyer satisfaction and it shows in these most recent Eliant scores. Eliant surveys help us to uphold our goal of creating premium value thorough a trusting, and lasting, builder relationship."
Founded in 1984, Eliant is based in San Clemente, CA and has long been recognized as the nation's leading provider of specialized consumer research services for the nation's home building industry. The firm offers world-class customer experience monitoring services via email, mail or by telephone to many of the nation's top home building firms, currently in 37 states and Canada. The company's core survey system enables builders to measure customer satisfaction at three critical stages of the new home experience, including move-in, mid-year and year-end.
