It was around this time that the company's General Manager, Ken Borg, joined Barker Boy and helped shape it into the award-winning business that it is today.
Barker Boy's industry success is highly dependent on the skills of its workers, so the company goes to great lengths to provide employees with on-site, hands-on food handling training at its facilities. Currently, there are 50 employees working for the company.
