Laura Kalish is a partner in The Kalish Law Office, located in The Woodlands, Texas. She has been practicing, writing and teaching in the area of adoption for nearly 20 years. Kalish has been involved in a wide range of adoption-related cases including domestic, foreign and step-parent adoptions, and frequently speaks and writes on the subject. She is also an experienced divorce lawyer and works with business clients in areas such as risk management, contracts, employee relations and business set-up and sales. She is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Justinian Lawyers of Houston and the Greater Houston Society for Healthcare Risk Management. Kalish holds a law degree from the University of Houston.
