The two comedians - Alexander Armstrong and Ben Miller - will be coming to the region on October 31st 2010 to play to an excited audience at the Sands Centre.
No doubt their performance will leave everyone in attendance in stitches, since they are very popular and their sketch show is critically acclaimed - the second series recently won a Bafta.
So prepare to spend the evening grinning and chortling as they regale the crowd with barmy stories filled with witty observations that may give people something to think about when they have left the venue.
Northumberland-born Armstrong may be familiar to people thanks to his appearances as host of Have I Got News For You, as well as several other television and film appearances.
Meanwhile, Londoner Miller has focused on the silver screen more than television outside of the work carried out with his comedy partner, with roles in Johnny English, The Parole Officer and Jimmy Grimble proving his calibre.
Tickets for the pair's Lake District show - which begins at 20:00 and ends at 22:00 BST - are available for GBP21.
