Big Easy CMS improves user experience

With Big Easy CMS inserting videos on a web-page is as simple as adding images.

LONDON, ENGLAND, May 02, 2012 (Press-News.org) Bold Endeavours announced launch of a new addition to its Big Easy Content Management System (CMS) - an integrated widget for adding videos on a webpage directly or add them from online video services such as YouTube and Vimeo. The new feature of CMS will allow placing videos with custom size player onto any area of a page quickly and would not require any special technical knowledge.

Although embedding video clips onto a webpage is not something new, however it is a complex procedure that most content management systems still suffer from. Especially it causes some inconveniences and time loss for users who don't have enough technical knowledge. Even for skilled admins inserting a video may at least take some precious time.

But all of this is in the past for Big Easy CMS users. With new widget one can easily and quickly insert a clip onto any area of a webpage, in a custom resized player.

The new addition to Big Easy CMS supports four major video file formats - swf, flv, mp4, mov. Videos with these most widely used extensions are uploaded fast into the system. Files with other video extensions will require conversion prior to uploading.

It also should be mentioned that the size of a clip video for uploading on a page is not limited by the new system, only by your server capabilities.
