Capriotti's to Open Second Madison Location on Regent Street

After a successful Madison debut in March 2010, Capriotti's, producer of award-winning made-to-order sandwiches, will open a second location on Regent Street and their third in the state of Wisconsin. Opening today, the new location is sure to satisfy locals' cravings for Capriotti's unique, fresh and delicious sandwiches.Using only premium meats, oven-roasted in-store nightly, Capriotti's is more than just a sub shop, it's a sandwich experience. Capriotti's best-known sandwich, the Bobbie (made with homemade turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and mayonnaise), the famous Capastrami (hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, cole slaw and mayonnaise), and the Slaw Be Jo (homemade roast beef, provolone cheese, Russian dressing, cole slaw and mayonnaise), along with delicious cheesesteaks and plenty of vegetarian options, will all be available at the new location.
