BLYTHEWOOD, SC, September 29, 2010 (Press-News.org) The new Spirax Sarco mobile Steam Sampling Cart is engineered and fabricated to improve safety, efficiency, and operability in the collection of pure clean steam samples for testing within the pharmaceutical and biotechnical industries. The unit is specifically designed for taking critical quality samples for total organic carbon (TOC), conductivity, microbial levels, and endotoxin monitoring.
This Model is available in three sample delivery capacities and is part of the PS-series' complete and comprehensive package for pure or clean steam sampling and point-of-use cooling.
All you need at identified sampling points are a cooling water supply, cooling water return and a clean steam supply. All connections are ¾" Tri-Clamp.
A full range of product and service options are available for safer sampling at pressures to 4.1 barg (60 psig). Service options include site acceptance testing, commissioning/validation protocols and executions, third party weld inspection, and standard operating procedures. Product options include electropolished piping, double tubesheet heat exchangers, a clean steam inlet pressure gauge and valve, hose packages, third storage shelf and a cooling water inlet carbon filter.
Wall-mounted, stationary configurations are also available.
