"We're delighted to have someone with her creative talent join our team," said Chris Brown, founder and president of the firm. "Her public relations knowledge and strong writing skills will bring a large contribution to our firm and help our clients build awareness with their potential customers."

As the PR Specialist, Volpe will write press releases, develop editorial features, analyze and revise copy, conduct interviews, and create ad copy. Other responsibilities will include developing media lists, providing social media programs for clients, updating websites, analyzing search engine optimization results, and producing creative work for various marketing campaigns.

Volpe's career began as a copywriter, for an advertising agency in Akron. Her experience also lies in journalism, particularly music and environmental. She is a graduate of the Ohio State University, with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Italian.
