CARLSBAD, CA, September 29, 2010 (Press-News.org) Pacific Ridge School, a non-profit, independent college-preparatory school located in Carlsbad, Calif., welcomes local families to attend its fall and winter Admissions Open House events for the 2011-2012 academic year. On the heels of the record-breaking attendance at last yearfs Open Houses and the opening of its energy-efficient high school building in fall 2010, the school looks forward to opening its doors to prospective families interested in learning more about student life at Pacific Ridge.
Prospective families may begin the application process by completing an inquiry form on the Pacific Ridge School Website, or by contacting the Admissions Office at admissions@pacificridge.org or (760) 448-9844. Upon receiving the request, the school will provide a viewbook and other informational materials. Applications for the 2011-2012 academic year will be available beginning on October 1, 2010, and may be downloaded or completed online. Applications for tuition assistance will also be made available at that time.
The open house events take families through a program of student-guided campus tours, presentations by faculty, and information sessions with current students and parents. Students currently in sixth through 10th grades are eligible to apply to attend Pacific Ridge School. The Open House schedule is as follows:
