The seminar, entitled Sales and Tax Use in California, is presented by Lorman Education Services, a company providing continuing education credit to accounting professionals and expert state and local tax strategies for business entities.
Davis will be addressing two in-depth topics: California Settlements and Offers in Compromise, and Selling to Out-of-State Customers. Along with fellow faculty members Thomas A. His career started with the California State Board of Equalization, where he worked as a senior sales tax auditor, branch office supervisor, and district audit reviewer.
