In Lake Elsinore, home shoppers can tour the models, enter a prize drawing for an Apple iPad, view a cooking demonstration and sample the cuisine of culinary expert Sandy Krogh. In Beaumont, the popular L.A. based Kogi Korean BBQ food truck will be onsite from 12 noon to 2 pm. Tour the models and get a free lunch. Kid's activities, model home tours and an Apple iPad prize drawing will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Priced from the high $100,000s, LivingSmart Homes Hillside and Lakeside offer eco-friendly living in a choice of four floor plans with three to four bedrooms, two to three baths and square footage ranging from approximately 1,296 to 2,256 square feet. All homes feature great room living, with welcoming front porches and two-bay garages. Both two story models will have a downstairs bedroom with a full bath. Plan 2 will include a den or fourth bedroom option.

LivingSmart Homes present a great opportunity for homebuyers looking for attainably priced, eco-friendly living. As a product of the LivingSmart family, these homes include a wealth of energy-saving, water-conserving, health-promoting and earth-friendly features and options such as a tankless water heater or solar electric power system.

"Hillside and Lakeside represent a new take on the best-selling neighborhoods in the Inland Empire," said Matt Sauls, regional director of marketing for Pardee Homes. "Our first LivingSmart neighborhoods opened in 2010 when we outsold our competition and welcomed many first-time buyers. We are following this program with four exciting new floor plans featuring some great amenities, like an outdoor room complete with ceiling, lighting and media outlets. This space-enhancing feature adds a new dimension to indoor-outdoor living. With two great locations to choose from, we anticipate that LivingSmart Homes Hillside at Canyon Hills and Lakeside at Tournament Hills will be welcome additions to the Inland Empire housing community."

Ideally located west of Canyon Lake in the foothills of Lake Elsinore, the award-winning Canyon Hills community offers convenient shopping, neighborhood parks, schools and two resident-only recreation centers. Canyon Hills' most significant feature however, is its preserved open space, totaling more than 900 acres.

Tournament Hills in Beaumont offers proximity to all of the Inland Empire and Palm Springs, with easy access to I-10. Tournament Hills is a gated community that adjoins the Tukwet Canyon Golf Club, ranked among the best courses in Southern California, and includes eight acres of park space, walking trails, a lake and elementary school.
