This announcement follows a phenomenal first quarter sales activity announcement. The division increased contracts by approximately 35% as measured against the 1st quarter of 2011. Interested buyer traffic counts have also increased by 33% for the same time period. This year, Taylor Morrison plans to add more jobs as the market
