OREM, UT, May 23, 2012 (Press-News.org) Fishers Products officially announced Monday that it acquired ChunkyBling.com, a retailer of beaded watch bands, and other beaded jewelry. Fishers Products currently operates two other web-based jewelry properties including PurityRingsOnline.com and eChristianJewelry.com, making the acquisition an ideal move for the company.

ChunkyBling.com was founded in 2009 by previous owners Doug and Laurel Hatch. The company initially offered beaded watch bands and faces to meet a growing demand from a large female customer base. As the company continued to grow, other products were added including bracelets, necklace charms and beaded rings. They quickly grew a large customer base due to the success of their affiliate program, "Name that Bling" contests, online jewelry parties, as well as a wholesale distribution channel.

With ChunkyBling's rapid growth came the need for a system to create new products and train employees how to produce the USA-made beaded jewelry. A proprietary system was developed by owner Doug Hatch to streamline the entire process from concept to final product. This not only allowed the company to continue to grow, but ultimately added to their bottom line.

Other business opportunities, and a growing family prompted the business sale from the Hatch family. Having previously worked with Fishers Products owner Brandon Young, the two owners already had a relationship. "When Doug mentioned selling their business, it made sense for us to take them on." said the young entrepreneur. "With what they already had in place, and what we already had in place, it was a no-brainer." The two quickly negotiated a non-disclosed sale price, and began the transition.

"We have very high expectations for this new addition to our company. Our employees are excited and we're ready to keep growing what Doug and Laurel have built." said Brandon. The two companies have reported that all tangible and non-tangible assets have been transferred and Fishers Products staff is now fulfilling orders for customers.

Fishers Products, LLC is an online jewelry retail company specializing in Christian jewelry. The company started in May of 2012 as a division from a sister company that started in 2005. Their web properties include, PurityRingsOnline.com, eChristianJewelry.com, and ChunkyBling.com.
