• Yellow peppers, pineapples, squash and corn are good examples of yellow foods
• Greens are represented by fruits and vegetables like broccoli, spinach, kiwi and avocados
• Pumpkin, papaya, sweet potatoes, peaches and the like are orange fruits and vegetables
• Red fruits and vegetables are those like cranberries, red peppers, tomatoes and watermelon.
• Enjoy white foods like cauliflower, onions, parsnips and garlic
• Foods like blackberries, plums, eggplant and figs are blue
