Prior to joining the Sales team, Bohan served as the supervisor of the Commercial Real Estate Division at First Valuation where he focused on developing new commercial valuation solutions and increasing the quality, consistency and accuracy of the CRE reports being produced by the Commercial team. With more than five years of experience in the real estate industry, Bohan's strong background in valuations, sales data analysis, commercial real estate and land consulting make him a tremendous asset to the company as it continues to broaden its reach into the CRE market. Bohan holds a degree in Finance from Fort Lewis College and is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in Colorado.
