President Jimmy Carter finally decreed that June would be the month of black music on June 7, 1979. For each year of his term, President Barack Obama has announced the observance, under the new title, African-American Music Appreciation Month.Big Fuss Records, Inc. is proud of President Barack Obama for his proposal to change the title and prefers the new designation. Big Fuss Records, Inc. is also extremely proud of the talented artists that have helped to create a powerful catalog of Big Fuss Music and the future African American musical artists presently preparing their work for the label's upcoming releases.
