David Olan's verdicts include an $8 million settlement in a product liability vase against a tire manufacturer for defective tires that caused a blowout and against an automobile manufacturer for seat belt failure to restrain a passenger in a SUV, and a $2.9 million settlement for a construction accident case.

Super Lawyers selects attorneys for its publication on an annual basis using an intensive three-phase process; including the evaluation of candidates based on professional achievement and peer recognition. The final selection of Super Lawyers includes no more than 5 percent of the lawyers in the state.
