CETCI Launches Phase One of the Low Power Transmitter (LPT)

Critical Environment Technologies Canada Inc. (CETCI) is proud to announce phase one launch of the Low Power Transmitter (LPT) available in single sensor carbon monoxide (CO) or nitrogen dioxide (NO2) electrochemical sensor.

2012-06-27
DELTA, BC, June 27, 2012 (Press-News.org) Critical Environment Technologies Canada Inc. (CETCI) is proud to announce phase one launch of the Low Power Transmitter (LPT) available in single sensor carbon monoxide (CO) or nitrogen dioxide (NO2) electrochemical sensor.

The LPT features 3-in-1 wiring: two-wire "loop", three-wire VDC or four-wire VAC power, 4 - 20 mA linear output signal, automatic thermal resetting fuse, RoHS compliant circuit boards, temperature compensation, and visual LED indication for power and fault conditions, and is all enclosed in a standard water / dust tight (drip proof) ABS / polycarbonate enclosure. For a splash or hose down application, an optional splash guard is recommended. As an added feature, the new sensor Calibration Extending Firmware (CEF) is installed at no extra cost. CEF takes into account the aging of the sensors so that less frequent calibrations are acceptable in non-critical applications.

The final phase of the LPT, phase 2, will support a broader range of electrochemical sensors, solid state sensors, standard dry relay contact, and optional LCD display. The launch is estimated to be in late June / early July 2012. For more info about the LPT, please visit http://www.critical-environment.com/lpt.
