LANDIS, NC, June 28, 2012 (Press-News.org) LaFave's Construction Company, a leading commercial construction company in North Carolina, recently honored six employees for their hard work and exemplary service of 10 or more years to the company. Patricia LaFave, Jeff Deason, Doug Linker, Ronnie Marshall, Adrian "Joseph" LaFave and Sandy Gobble were all recognized at a banquet in their honor.
Patricia LaFave, one of the original employees at LaFave's Construction, has served as corporate secretary for 30 years.
Jeff Deason, retrofit superintendent, has been with the company for 20 years and previously served as retrofit roof supervisor before being promoted to his current position. Deason manages all aspects of retrofit metal projects and is responsible for on-site supervisors' project quality, efficiency, safety and timeliness. He is a certified installer of MBCI and McElroy metal roofs.
Doug Linker, another 20-year employee, serves as job supervisor. He handles on-site management of general construction projects and industrial maintenance. He supervises projects from start to finish managing all details, employees and subcontractors.
Ronnie Marshall, retrofit roof supervisor, was recognized for 10 exemplary years on the job. He serves as the on-site retrofit roofing supervisor and is responsible for managing material deliveries, guaranteeing quality of work and supervising every aspect of the project from start to finish.
Adrian "Joseph" LaFave was honored for his 10 years as metal shop foreman at LaFave's fabricating metal accessories and trim for jobs.
Sandy Gobble, administrative assistant at LaFave's, was also acknowledged at the banquet for her 10 years as the main support person for corporate management. She handles all aspects of office and job related issues and in-house paperwork.
