Set to take place at the National Science Centre in Alor Setar between November 6th and 19th, the occasion mirrors a similar event being held in Kuala Lumpur until October 2nd.

According to its organisers, the festival is a great experience for people to take their family and friends to, and provides visitors with the opportunity to learn about biotechnology in a "fun-filled manner".
