BANGKOK, THAILAND, June 30, 2012 (Press-News.org) The Rembrandt Hotel once again proudly hosted the annual Swedish Midsummer celebration in coordination with the Thai- Swedish chamber of commerce in Bangkok. More than a hundred people from the local Swedish community joined the event to celebrate the afternoon with friends and families at pool side and da Vinci Italian restaurant.
In attendance were prominent members of the Swedish Community such as Peter Bjork, Executive Director of Thai Swedish Chamber of Commerce, Bjorn Richardson, the General Manager of Oakwood and Rembrandt's General Manager Eric Hallin.
The Thai-Swedish Chamber of commerce was formed in Thailand since 1989. Currently, with more than 100 members, the Chamber conducts an essential role in assisting the growth of Thai-Swedish relations. The chamber is also a part of the joint foreign Chambers of Commerce of Thailand assisting in the development of international commerce within the country.
