For John Michael Hughes, the fall of 2010 is shaping up to be a busy one. As owner of Leeco Consulting Company, LLC, John Michael Hughes serves an industry that few people consider ... until they need him. John Michael Hughes is a licensed professional insurance adjuster with more than a decade of disaster settlement experience. This empowers him to represent both individuals and commercial clients as they attempt to navigate equitable settlements through claims for losses due to hurricane, flood, mold, fire and other perils. More technically, John Michael Hughes is a public adjuster and provides assistance to those claimants and insureds that have suffered an insurable loss. This time of year, John Michael Hughes focuses his attentions toward the potential for hurricanes. From a base in the southeastern United States, John Michael Hughes keeps particular focus on the Atlantic Ocean. The Atlantic hurricane season technically started in June of this year and ends in November 2010. Atlantic hurricanes affect the east coast, gulf coasts and the Caribbean nations in particular. Because of this, both state and federal officials always project activity. If they are correct, this fall will be a busier than usual hurricane season and John Michael Hughes will be one of the first adjusters who steps in to assist those affected.
This year there are special concerns that a hurricane will hit the already-devastated island of Haiti as well as concerns about how a hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico would affect the oil spill created by the explosion of the BP oil rig. These potentials for disaster, coupled with the threat of hurricane strikes in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama, could keep John Michael Hughes and the Leeco Consulting Company very busy.
John Michael Hughes has amassed deep experience in settling hurricane claims. John Michael Hughes provides a service, but what draws people to his firm is his ability to combine best practices as a public adjuster while focusing on the lives ravaged by natural disasters. A decade of fair and ethical practice, a compassionate perspective on life and a constantly changing insurance industry combine to create a profession that is never boring. And so as John Michael Hughes watches the Weather Channel, projects into the potential need for his services and reflects on the faces of those he has helped, he can' t stop thinking about the balance of 2010. For John Michael Hughes, New Years Eve always offers relief for a season. Unfortunately, Mother Nature always returns with new surprises, but that is for another year.
