DASCOM Americas Clarifies Products Referenced in Its May 22nd 2012 Press Release

Clarification removes ambiguity and highlights brands available in Brazil.

2012-07-04
WAYNESBORO, VA, July 04, 2012 (Press-News.org) DASCOM Americas, a recognized leader in complete business printing solutions and marketer of Tally(R) and TallyDascom(R) serial matrix printers hereby announces clarification to its press release from May 22nd 2012 (paragraph 5).

The May 22nd release included a potentially ambiguous reference to "TallyGenicom products." To be clear, DASCOM Americas does not sell or market, has never sold or marketed, and did not intend to suggest that it will sell or market, whether in Brazil or elsewhere, any products under the "TallyGenicom" mark, which is proprietary to others. All DASCOM products are marketed and sold solely under marks proprietary to DASCOM Americas and/or to the DASCOM family of companies or its, or their, suppliers or licensors.

The original release chiefly referenced as its prime subject the incorporation of DASCOM Brazil and product offerings there.

It remains that DASCOM BRASIL Solucoes de Impressao e Sistemas de Iluminacao ltda received registration with the board of trade for the state of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil on May 2nd.

As such, the registration expands the reach of DASCOM. DASCOM BRASIL Solucoes de Impressao e Sistemas de Iluminacao ltda today offers, and will continue to offer the complete portfolio of business solution products that includes serial matrix, thermal, specialty, mobile and point of sale printers marketed under the Tally and TallyDascom brands.

In addition, the intent is that the company will also market other DASCOM branded products both within and outside of the print solutions realm as they become available in the very near future.

2012-07-04
Paying Child Support After a Child Turns 18 Many people who are subject to a child support order wonder if they can automatically stop making payments once the child reaches the age of 18. Parents who receive support payments have this question as well, because they often pay many of their children's expenses as they attend college. The answer is not always simple and depends on a number of factors. Generally, court-ordered child support must be paid until a child reaches the age of 18, is legally emancipated or becomes married. The support obligation may also terminate ...

Creditors Still Try to Collect During Bankruptcy

2012-07-04
Creditors Still Try to Collect During Bankruptcy The automatic stay is a fundamental part of the bankruptcy process. It is essentially a grace period granted to debtors who have filed for bankruptcy protection that prevents creditors contacting them or collecting on any debts listed in the petition. The stay goes into effect immediately upon the filing of a bankruptcy petition, and generally continues until the court orders a discharge. Once a discharge is granted, a debtor's legal obligation to pay most debt is extinguished. Unfortunately, this does not stop some ...
