Mr. McKool will receive the award during the DBA's annual Bench Bar Conference in Horseshoe Bay, Texas, on Sept. 27-29, 2012. The prestigious award is presented annually to a DBA member who best exemplifies the principles of the legal profession and who has achieved extraordinary success in the courtroom.
