With 4 new home neighborhoods in the Inland Empire, Pardee Homes captured the number one ranking in the nationwide Eliant Report in 3 categories. The survey measures new home workmanship, sales experience & satisfaction as ranked by the buyers.

2012-07-15
LOS ANGELES, CA, July 15, 2012 (Press-News.org) Pardee Homes' Inland Empire Division was ranked number one in the 2011 annual Eliant Report in three separate categories measuring Key Measures, Installation & Workmanship and Walkthrough Experience. This nationwide report provides specialized consumer research services for homebuilders across the country by surveying buyers and is based on the survey for homes closed from January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011. More than 68,000 surveys were administered to homeowners from over 170 major homebuilders across the United States and Canada.

A total of 128 divisions qualified for a ranking in the annual report and Pardee Homes once again confirmed its reputation as one of America's top home builders, with seven premier awards (plus four Honorable Mentions) being captured by its divisions in San Diego, Los Angeles, the Inland Empire and Las Vegas. Pardee Homes Inland Empire Division received a 97.3 percent satisfaction score for overall Move-in Key Measures, rating overall buyer satisfaction and willingness to refer to a friend; 96.8 percent for installation and workmanship, rating overall satisfaction for quality in 25 various aspects of the home; and 98.9 percent satisfaction for the walkthrough experience, rating overall evaluation of the delivery presentation and condition of the home. Pardee Homes has two master-planned communities in the Inland Empire and four new home neighborhoods. In the Large Builder segment, Pardee Homes' San Diego division was once again ranked number one in the all-important category of "Percent of Sales from Referrals", with an impressive 44.8% of its sales sourced from home owner referrals and local word-of-mouth.

"Receiving the number one ranking in the annual Eliant survey is a validation of the builder's success," said Robert Mirman, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Eliant, a 'customer experience management' company that has been surveying buyers of new homes for 28 years. "No one understands more about a home's quality or the customer service experience better than the people living in the new home. By placing first in the 2011 survey, Pardee Homes clearly demonstrates commitment to its homebuyers."

"It is extremely gratifying to receive high marks from our homebuyers," said Mike Taylor, Vice President of Community Development for Pardee Homes. "It is a combination of committed team work and passion for excellence by our sales and customer service team that results in homeowner satisfaction. Our employees really care about our home buyers and go above and beyond what we ask of them. Eliant surveys help us to uphold our goal of creating premium value through a trusting, and lasting, builder relationship."

Pardee has four new home neighborhoods in the Inland Empire, all part of the LivingSmart Homes collection. In Beaumont, LivingSmart Homes Tournament Hills and LivingSmart Homes Lakeside feature one- and two-story homes from the high $100,000s in a gated, golf-course community. In Lake Elsinore, LivingSmart Canyon Hills and LivingSmart Hillside offer a selection one- and two story floor plans from the high $100,000s."

In addition, Pardee Homes will open LivingSmart Homes Parkside in master-planned Canyon Hills in late July, bringing 73 new homes, priced from the $170,000s to the $190,000s, to the area. LivingSmart Homes Parkside will include a choice of three detached floor plans with three and four bedrooms, two and one-half to three baths, and square footage ranging from approximately 1,630 to 1,919 square feet.
