NASHVILLE, TN, July 16, 2012 (Press-News.org) Recently, an attorney has been recoginzed as a community leader for their Pro Bono work. Edgar Rothschild of Rothschild & Ausbrooks, PLLC, Attorneys at Law, has been recognized by the Nashville Bar Journal for his Pro Bono bankruptcy work.
The Nashville Bar Journal, Nashville Bar Association's monthly magazine, contains articles on law, legal development reviews, interviews with other leaders in the community, and more local accouncements. To be recognized by the Nashville Bar Journal is a true honor.
Rothschild has been on the Nashville Pro Bono Program, NPB, since 1988. Within 20 years of volenteering he had been involved in at least 145 cases taking as many as 30 cases within a single year. Rothschild was honored as Pro Bono Volunteer of the year in 1989 by the Nashville Bar Association , and since then 3 of his partners were similarly honored.
The Nashville community continues with high demand for more Pro Bono work. Since January 2011, 214 bankruptcy cases have been referred to volunteer lawyers. From that time, Rothschild & Ausbrooks, PLLC, Attorneys at Law has taken referrals for 81 cases.
