NEW YORK, NY, July 18, 2012 (Press-News.org) DocuXplorer, one of the United States' leading providers of document management solutions software to small and medium sized businesses, today announced that it is now expanding its presence in the Middle East and Africa with an Arabic language version of its industry-leading software.
"With Arabic being the official language of 25 countries, we felt that the Middle East needed a robust document management software solution that can be utilized by end users in their native language," stated Mr. Wyman, a spokesperson for Archive Power Systems, the parent company of DocuXplorer. "We are now aggressively screening resellers in Algeria, Bahrain, Chad, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Western Sahara and Yemen to introduce DocuXplorer to their clients."
While English is traditionally considered the international language of business, DocuXplorer felt that since some end users of its document management software may not necessarily be fluent in English, they wanted to provide a solution in Arabic, where there are approximately 370 million speakers of that language.
"As economies in the Middle East continue to grow, and those growing offices and facilities are generating more and more paperwork and electronic files as a result, DocuXplorer is positioning itself to be the premier provider of document management solutions in this market to offer those organizations an affordable product that will dramatically reduce their paper files and provide a cutting-edge solution to organizing their electronic files as well," concluded Wyman.
The Arabic version of DocuXplorer includes a familiar Windows Explorer-style interface, built-in print driver, workflow management, library check-in/check-out functionality, full text searches (in any language, including Arabic) and a multi-level security system that allows for effective safeguarding of confidential data.
Based in New York City, DocuXplorer is a privately held company dedicated to providing easy-to-use and wholly integrated document management solutions. Founded in 1997, DocuXplorer currently serves thousands of users globally in government agencies, educational institutions and varied industries including financial services, insurance, health care, legal services, real estate, accounting, manufacturing, airline and retail.
