The move will allow Attorney Macktaz to cater to the legal and criminal defense needs of the Newport RI community more effectively. As a long time resident of Newport this move was a logical choice for Attorney Macktaz as a large portion of his clientele comes from the area, particularly in the summer months.
"The new office in Newport will allow me to reach more clients who need my assistance in the Courts in the Southern part of the state," said Attorney Macktaz. "It's much easier for a client living in Newport, who is arrested for DUI, disorderly conduct, or another criminal offense, to reach an attorney in Newport for their defense."
The new location at 35 Touro Street in Newport RI is across the street from the Museum of Newport History near the community park located on Broadway, within walking distance to the historic Newport harbor.
