Rally 4 Charities launches charity car rally benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities

NEWPORT BEACH, CA, July 20, 2012

Rally 4 Charities (R4C), a MotoSpeed Ventures brand announces the launch of its Charity Car Rally & Awards Gala benefiting the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Orange County to take place on Saturday, September 8th, 2012.

Come join our inaugural Rally 4 Charities event which will take place in Orange County on September 8th, 2012. There will be three exciting events you can participate in:

• R4C Charity Car Rally Team Event - The rally will start at the Marconi Automotive Museum and Kids Foundation in Tustin at 9:00 am where we expect between 20-50 car rally teams.

• R4C Temecula Wine Country Tour (joining car rally guests for lunch/wine) - The R4C car rally teams will then head to the Temecula Wine Country to have a full lunch and wine tasting experience at one of the premier Temecula Wineries. R4C rally teams will then enjoy some amazing back road and coastal driving on the way to their final destination at the luxurious Balboa Bay Club & Resort located on the waterfront in Newport Beach, CA. Guests can also purchase our R4C Temecula Wine Country Tour Package to join the car rally team members for lunch and wine tasting.

• R4C Awards Gala Dinner & Reception at the Balboa Bay Club - R4C will host a car show from 3:00-7:00pm open to various makes and models of cars with the car rally teams ending their journey at the Balboa Bay Club between 5:00 and 6:00pm. Event guests will enjoy an open cocktail bar with appetizers on the oceanfront lawn surrounded by mega yachts from 6:30-7:30pm. A three course R4C Awards Gala dinner will take place immediately following the cocktail hour in the Grand Ballroom at the Balboa Bay Club & Resort. During dinner event guests will enjoy an awards ceremony recognizing the top 5 fundraising teams. R4C executives will also make the official check presentation followed by a speech by the representative from the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Orange County. 100% of the proceeds from the R4C car rally will be donated directly to the charity. The evening event will also feature a fashion show, live & silent auction with 100% of the proceeds going to the charity, red carpet arrival with sponsor media wall, cigar lounge and DJ music. We will feature two marquee Supercars inside the Grand Ballroom during the evening event from our automotive sponsors. We will also have a complimentary beauty lounge from 3:00pm until 6:00pm for all female guests attending the event.
