R. Blake TenBarge Joins Hospice of Michigan as Southwestern Region Marketing Representative

R. Blake TenBarge has joined Hospice of Michigan's growing marketing team as the marketing representative for the Southwest region.

GRAND RAPIDS, MI, July 22, 2012 (Press-News.org) R. Blake TenBarge has joined Hospice of Michigan's growing marketing team as the marketing representative for the Southwest region.

In this role, TenBarge joins a statewide marketing team of 13 individuals responsible for all HOM marketing activities in the Lower Peninsula. His duties will include developing and maintaining professional relationships between HOM and its referral sources in the Southwest, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, physicians, managed-care organizations, independent medical clinics and other types of senior housing.

Prior to joining HOM, TenBarge served as the IV therapy territory manager at Baxter Healthcare Corporation in Deerfield, Ill., where he was responsible for managing most of the Michigan relationships and budget. In addition, he has served as a territory manager in Lansing for Baxter Healthcare Corp. in the alternate site market, where he was responsible for covering a multi-state territory. He has also worked as a recruiting specialist for Strategic Interactive in Lansing and marketing and recruiting specialist for Farm Bureau Insurance in Lansing.

He has been a member of Toastmasters International, where he has served as both sergeant at arms and treasurer. He has also served as a youth sports coach in West Michigan.

TenBarge received his associate's degree in advertising and his bachelor's degree in business administration from Northwood University.

He currently resides in Wyoming, Mich. with his wife Brooke, and children, Devin, Madison and Chance.
