Initially, their client faced an OWI, high BAC, Super Drunk driving charge in Kalamazoo County. However, the aggressive defense stance provided the client the ability to reduce the charge.

Operating while intoxicated, OWI is a serious crime in the state of Michigan. Multiple offenses of OWI can result in high fines and imprisonment for offenders. Higher blood alcohol levels results for the offender to have more serious punishments and help from education systems.
