SHAWNEE, KS, July 27, 2012
When a four-legged family member needs vaccinations or when pet owners bring a new furry family member home, they have a new veterinary center to turn to for medical care. Perimeter Veterinary Center, 23734 W 83rd Terrace, opens August 1 providing comprehensive small animal preventative and wellness care.Dr. Tabatha Regehr is opening Perimeter Veterinary Center after working for more than 11 years in veterinary facilities, including a 24-hour animal hospital. This clinic was created to combine all the best attributes of her previous practices.
"I love being able to mix the problem-solving of science and medicine with the passion and dedication I feel for animals. Also, I love that "Aha" moment I see in clients when I've done a good job educating them, and I know they're confident in the decisions we've made together for their pet."
She continued, "I wanted to build a warm, inviting clinic where both clients and their pets feel welcomed and comfortable. We are treating an important member of the family, so we chose a veterinary specific architect to create an environment designed to make clients and their pets feel relaxed and secure."
Located 0.2 miles west of K-7 and 83rd Street in Perimeter Park, Perimeter Veterinary Center services include immunizations, parasite testing/prevention and education, puppy/kitten care, senior care, radiology, laboratory services, medical/sick pet care, hospitalization services, comprehensive dental care, soft tissue surgery, and microchip placement.
