CAPE CORAL, FL, October 03, 2010 (Press-News.org) Naples Solar Electricity Company, Fafco Solar, announces they will be participating in a "U Gotta Go Green" Eco-Extravaganza in Naples. The event will be held Sunday, October 10th from 10am-4pm at the Mercato in Naples on the corner of Vanderbilt Beach Rd and US 41, next to Whole Foods. Many eco-centric activities will be available including, local artisan Eco-Art exhibits, bird house building and rain barrel making workshops, a creative clothesline contest, alternative energy exhibits and demos, a bicycle obstacle course, and live entertainment by various musicians including a rhythm performance by "Gardeners Gone Wild"!
In addition, the event will be a venue for people to express their concerns about environmental issues. There will be Gulf Oil Spill action groups and an "Eco-Speakers Corner" soap box. Attendees will enjoy discounts on eco-friendly products, as well as many opportunities to explore healthier options for eating with a farm tour and gardening course or a Raw Food tasting and demo. This is a family friendly event, with entertainment and "Recycled Art" activities for kids.
