The user content upload has been revamped to allow bulk content uploads and video conversion on the fly. Knexus has suggested the improvements will save users time and therefore increase the popularity of this feature.
The newly updated Content Series remains a great way to go through a guided content journey, for example as part of an induction into a new role or as a step-by-step guide for customers undertaking a process for the first time. This allows companies to curate a content journey composed of videos or podcasts (or more traditional media such as PDF documents) for training or education purposes.
Whilst the front-end improvements capture the initial attention, Content Exchange also has a completely new Engagement Console. The console provides the admin interface and features some much simpler navigation and new time-saving features such as bulk content upload, plus drag & drop.
