LOS ANGELES, CA, July 28, 2012 (Press-News.org) JennyBec's, a children's boutique and design center offering one-of-a-kind toys, gifts, furniture, and nursery items, is the Kids Zone sponsor at Boobie Palooza 2012, taking place from 12-4 p.m. on August 5 at the Ebell of Los Angeles, Calif. In the Kids Zone, Jenny Bec's will provide entertainment and arts and crafts for children while parents enjoy the informative event which includes presentations from expert panelists, a lactation lounge designed by Heather Thomas for HGTV, $50,000 in SWAG and raffle prizes, and more. Boobie Palooza is hosted by The Berlin Wellness Group and the Pumping Station and Nurtury in honor of World Breastfeeding Week. The event aims to bring awareness and education to Southern California moms.
"The Pump Station and Nurtury and Berlin Wellness Group are businesses that really help families in different stages of their development. I believe breast feeding is critical to an infant but there is so much pressure on moms. Each mom deserves a safe place to flesh out what is best for her and her family," says Jenny Mullennix, founder and president of JennyBec's, who is donating the company's most beloved chair, the "Grace Glider" ($1700 value), to be included in the Boobie Palooza raffle. "We have a lot of resources, knowledge about what a nursery needs, how to suit it to the individual, and how to prepare once the baby arrives," says Mullennix. "From teethers to big sister ideas, to family toys, we have it all under our roof."
Visitors of JennyBec's Kids Zone can expect a fun-filled show from Kidville's Rockin' Railroad children's band. The 30-minute performance features original hits and cover songs that will get kids and parents on their feet. Before and after the show, kids are encouraged to sift through digging bins at the activity table to create a fun take-home project. For more live entertainment, the popular Birdie's Playhouse will perform their interactive music show all about wildlife with a Latin twist for kids' ages 0-6. In addition, kids can participate in popular games from the JennyBec's store like Zingo by Thinkfun that both kids and adults can enjoy.
JennyBec's Kids Zone visitors will receive exciting giveaways of products like U.S.A. manufactured Mary's Soft Dough and erasers as well as special offers for those who want to visit JennyBec's store in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, Calif. This full-service store offers items from all around the world for newborns to tweens and has become known as the premier place to shop for everything for the children in your life.
