Acqueon Technologies Names David Sokoler Vice President of Product Management

Former Avaya Director of Enterprise Contact Center Engineering to Oversee Product Management

PRINCETON, NJ, August 02, 2012 (Press-News.org) Acqueon Technologies, a leader in software solutions for the customer collaboration space, has named David Sokoler as its new Vice President of Product Management.

Mr. Sokoler brings with him over two decades of software engineering, product design and development experience with recent specialties in contact center and network traffic analysis. As Director of Engineering at Avaya, he managed global product teams in designing and delivering Avaya's Enterprise Contact Center portfolio of industry leading inbound and outbound contact center products. As Executive Director at Niksun Inc., Mr. Sokoler led the Data Capture and Analysis Software Development and Product Management Division where he worked closely with government, service providers and financial customers, to assess their needs and incorporated solutions into their product roadmaps. Additionally, Mr. Sokoler serves as the Founding Director of Merandex Technology Solutions, LLC a business consulting company providing strategic vision and tactical implementation relating to technology solutions.

Mr. Sokoler will be responsible for overseeing all strategic product planning and lifecycle management in order to evolve current Acqueon products and continually seek new opportunities for software advancements in the customer collaboration space.

In addition to Mr. Sokoler's extensive experience, he is also an innovator in the customer collaboration space. With three patents issued to date and three additional patents pending, Mr. Sokoler continues to contribute to the telecommunications industry in a multitude of ways.

Mr. Sokoler earned his MS in Computer Science from Clemson University in 1987. He will be based out of Princeton, New Jersey.
