New Drill Driven Impeller Pumps Great Choices for Corrosive and Non-Corrosive Transfer Applications

HUDSON, MA, August 04, 2012 (Press-News.org) Clark Solutions introduces two new lines of drill driven impeller pumps for corrosive and non-corrosive fluid transfer applications. ZUWA U2001 Drill Driven Impeller Pumps feature an aluminum pump body. and are a great choice for transferring clean or contaminated non-corrosive fluids. ZUWA N2001 Series Drill Driven Impeller Pumps feature 316L stainless steel housings and are best suited for transferring corrosive fluids.

Both U2001 and N2001 pump lines are driven with a standard electric or cordless drill. The pump shaft is fixed to the chuck of a regular electric or cordless drill equipped with a depth stop. The pump head is supplied with an adapter that is secured to the drill depth stop rod to prevent the pump from spinning.

U2001 and N2001 Pumps are ideal devices for transferring water, antifreeze, acids, bases, and food products. These pumps are also great choices for handling oils such as fuel oil, palm oil, soybean oil, oil emulsives, and mineral and vegetable oils. Impeller materials are constructed of NBR (Perbunan , Buna-N ), EPDM (Keltan , Buna EP ), CR (Neoprene , Bayprene ), FKM (Viton , Fluorel ), and Plastics (60ºC Max.).

U2001 and N2001 Pumps are offered in 30 LPM (793 GPM) and 60 LPM (15.9 GPM) models.

U2001 and N2001 Pumps are dry self-priming from a depth of three meters. Pre-filling is required for a suction depth of three meters and more. The maximum suction depth is 7 meters. Pumps can run dry for 60 seconds and are pulsation free. These pumps feature an easy maintenance design for cleaning and maintenance work.

Typical applications for U2001 and N2001 Pumps include filling solar collectors, cleaning tanks, irrigation systems, rain water harvesting, filtering applications, decanting barrels, dosing, draining waste oil, chemical transfer, acids transfer, and cooling lubricants.
