BOCA RATON, FL, August 05, 2012 (Press-News.org) Frohlich Financial Group, LLC, a provider of financial services and wealth management, has signed at 10-year lease and moved into 2,100 square feet of office space at 7000 West Camino Real, Suite 240, in Boca Raton, Florida. The building is one of seven within the Fountains Center mixed-use office and retail park located at Powerline Road and West Camino Real.
Company principal Marc Frohlich said this was a relocation from Glades Road to what he calls "a great location for conducting business."
Ayal Frist with real estate brokerage firm Stateland Brown leased out the space on behalf of both the tenant and landlord, Boca Medical Plaza, LLC.
Boca Medical Plaza, LLC acquired the complex, known as The Fountains at Camino in February 2012, and renamed it Fountains Center. Headed by managing partner Zwi Schwarzman of Boca Raton and Boston, the investor group is making major improvements which are either completed or currently underway.
Fountains Center has 184,575 square feet of net rentable square feet on a 14.79-acre site. The property was developed between 1978 and 1988. Its centerpiece is a garden courtyard with multiple water features, footbridges, walkways and outdoor seating areas.
