CARLSBAD, CA, August 11, 2012 (Press-News.org) Cristophe Salon Newport Beach, the cutting-edge, distinctive salon that is celebrated for its professional, knowledgeable team of dedicated stylists and colorists and its incomparable five-star customer service, is pleased to announce the addition of a new staff member to support its growing clientele.

Olivier, Expert Stylist
Prior to joining the Cristophe Salon Newport Beach team as an expert stylist, Olivier was a stylist at Ty Alexander Salon and Spa, where he worked for more than a year, as well as Gregorie's, where he worked for 10 years - both in Newport Beach.

Olivier was born and raised in south France and began hair training through an apprenticeship program at age 15. His last two years living in Europe were spent hair training in Paris, before moving to the United States in 1992.

After moving to California, Olivier was offered a job at Jose Eber at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, where he met his mentor and role model, Scott Fontana. Since then, Olivier has styled hair for major television networks such as E! Entertainment News, a wide variety of magazines, and celebrities that include Michelle Pfeiffer, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Pierce Brosnan.

Today, Olivier is a father of three children and resides in Huntington Beach. He is thrilled to once again be working alongside Scott and believes his professionalism, ability to provide excellent customer service, and sense of humor will allow him to be successful at his new home at Cristophe Salon Newport Beach.
