Peak Performance Releases NLP Training Weekend Date in September

LEEDS, ENGLAND, August 12, 2012 (Press-News.org) Yorkshire-based NLP training provider, Peak Performance, has just released dates for their Peak Performance Weekend in September.

For two days the company - led by Certified UK NLP Training provider and director of Peak Performance, Julie McGeever - will host a weekend of NLP workshops aimed at people who want to meet their goals and achieve success in their career and personal life.

Julie McGeever says:

The two-day course, which takes place on 1st and 2nd September 2012 in Leeds, West Yorkshire, includes both theory and practical sessions on NLP and, confidence building and achieving peak performance.

Day One is a day of discovery, during which participants will learn to recognise how they have filtered all their experiences and shaped who they are today. They will then learn how to re-think and make truly positive anything that may have held them back before, working with the course leader to access their inner self to maintain calm, control and confidence. Attendees will be asked to consider their goals and set some outcomes, and to consider what may have held them back in the past.

Day Two builds on the insights gained in Day One and provides an opportunity to practice achieving and anchoring their own personal peak performance state. At the end of Day Two, participants will have the chance to break through their barriers in a very literal way, by learning techniques for breaking a solid piece of wood with their bare hands!
