In this position, O'Brien will be responsible for issuing purchase orders and variation purchase orders, which are required for all aspects of homebuilding, throughout the entire process of home construction. Additionally, he will submit permit applications and assist with cost management for construction projects. Having originally started his career as a real estate agent, O'Brien worked in the construction industry for more than eight years as a carpenter and lead technician where he managed a variety of construction and renovation projects prior to joining Royal Oaks Building Group.
